Questions
Which products can I buy back?
Anything with a model and a condition: phones, tablets, laptops, consoles, cameras, drones, watches… Starter catalogs with realistic prices are included, and you can import your own grid as a spreadsheet.
How do customers get paid?
You choose the methods and their bonus: Shopify store credit, discount codes, gift cards, bank transfer or PayPal. In store, a discount on the current sale or cash.
What if the device isn't as described?
You set the final price after inspection. The customer accepts the counter-offer or gets the device back. With trade-in at purchase, the difference is invoiced through Shopify.
Is my customers' data safe?
Each shop's data is isolated, ID numbers and bank details are encrypted, bank details are deleted after payment, and Shopify's privacy webhooks are supported.
